Is there a problem with validation or is the process DISABLED/OFF on the server?

Currently I have Validation pending (14) since the project was restarted.
According to Sever Status page there is LOTS OF PENDING VALIDATION TASKS.

Yes, I admit. The power cable was plugged into my tower PC instead in the power adapter. Of course it shut with the pc down, but remained on in sleep :think:.
The validator is catching up now, it should be in the low double digits.

I have 247 tasks pending validation. In fact, these are all tasks I processed since joining the project.
I see that the transitioner is stopped and the backlog is now more than 100 hours. Is this related ?
